These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Voyax Health website and services ("Service"). Voyax Health Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") provides software tools for pharmacies to facilitate travel health consultations. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms and will notify you via email or website notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

1. Eligibility and User Accounts

Eligibility: You must be a U.S. resident, at least 3 years old. Users under 18 require parental or guardian approval and supervision. You must have legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

Accounts: Registration requires accurate information, including name, email, and password. You are responsible for account security and all activities. Notify us of unauthorized use. We may terminate accounts for violations.

2. Description of Services

The Service includes:

• An online questionnaire for health history, travel destination, and activities.
• AI-generated recommendations reviewed by licensed pharmacists.
• Transfer of your intake form to your chosen pharmacy.
• Facilitation of prescriptions, vaccine referrals, or medication orders via partner pharmacies (in-person vaccine administration may occur at pharmacies).

The Service is available via website only. It is not emergency care, diagnostic, or a substitute for primary medical care. Consult your doctor for comprehensive advice.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete information.
• Do not misuse the Service (e.g., submit false data, impersonate others).
• Follow pharmacist recommendations but understand they are informational.
• Comply with laws; do not use for illegal purposes.

4. Payments and Refunds

Fees: One-time consultation fee charged on our website (waivable during promotions). Does not include medication or vaccine costs, charged at your chosen pharmacy.

Processing: We use third-party processors; you authorize charges.

Refunds: Non-refundable except for errors or cancellations before pharmacist review. No refunds for no-shows or post-consultation.

5. Intellectual Property

We own all rights to the Service, including AI tools, content, and recommendations. You grant us a license to use your submitted data for Service delivery. Do not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

6. Prohibited Uses

• No commercial resale of Services.
• No submission of false or misleading information.
• No scraping, hacking, or unauthorized access.
• No interference with the Service.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

Medical Advice: Recommendations are general; not guaranteed accurate. We disclaim warranties for medical outcomes. Use at your own risk.

No Warranties: Service provided "as is" without warranties.

Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for indirect, consequential damages, or losses exceeding fees paid. Total liability capped at $100.

Indemnification: You indemnify us for claims arising from your misuse.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations, with or without notice. Upon termination, your rights end; we may retain data as required by law.

9. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: Delaware law, without conflict principles.

Arbitration: Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, DE, under AAA rules (no class actions). Small claims court option for qualifying claims.

10. Miscellaneous

• Changes: Notified via email or website.
• Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect others.
